Some updates
Allright, regarding all the comments I have seen, I will tell you guys some news:
About
people exciting for CM11 for BCM devices: It is a hard work beleive me,
hard work I can't nearky follow. Now the project is on Psyke83 hands,
and I will try to help him as more as I can. I've already given to him
the bases of the project, and believe me, he is doing an amazing stuff. I
will get more onvolved when I have more time, what this man is doing is
unbelievable and you are on good hands. As an androidarmv6
administrator, I will make sure everything should be pushed and
maintaned for all the three devices. And yes I admit it, his work is way
better than what I've done, but I started everything, so I should be
proued of it!
CM9 won't be forget,
but we are focusing now on CM11. Bringuing CM11 is harder, and is the
supported version for androidarmv6. I will make sure to finish CM9 when
CM11 gets finished by Androidarmv6 team (me, psyke83 and Alberto96).
Bye
Bye to BroadcomCM. BroadcomCM was created to bring CyanogenMod to our
little devices, and the job will be ready when our devices get good port
(NOT stable) of CM11 by Androidarmv6 team, then our BroadcomCM job will
be completed. When CM11 gets initialized, booted, and on nightly stage
on Androidarmv6 servers, final release from BroadcomCM (agreed whole
team) for CM7 and CM9 will come out.
I've nearly finished my c# IT school project and I will be posting here soon too :D
Great , finally we can have CM11 on our bcm21553 devices
ReplyDeleteGood luck Biel, thanks for everything you've done, all of you?(broadcomcm).

i need to ask the same question !!
Deletewhat do you mean with these line ?
Well, i read these lines at least 6 times,as i understand this means Cyanogenmod 9 can't get support from Androidarmv6 team, so bieltv3 will wait till CM11 boot and on nigthly build to release the final or at least stable version of CM9, i guess CM11 progress will help CM9 to fix bugs, then BroadcomCM job will be completed.
DeleteWhen CM11 released, BroadcomCM would have complete its work.
ReplyDeleteplzz bro make cm9 bugsfree for s5830i
Deleteis the gpu videocore iv and cpu for 5830i performance will be optimized after releasing a stable cm9
ReplyDeleteanyway - that's better than stock.
Deletenice!!
ReplyDeleteI love this news and i'll wait cm9 and cm11! Keep on with the project androidarmv6 team! Good luck from Italy!!! ;))
ReplyDeleteThat's amazing, good job Biel and the whole team of BroadcomCM and AndroidArmv6.
ReplyDeleteI hope one day we have CM11 at least in great state =), a dream every BCM21553 user ever had.
Can't wait :D, take your time to do it, no need to hurry.
ReplyDeleteWhen CM11 gets boot and on nightly build final version of CM9 will be released, then CM9 will be released when CM11 get big progress.
DeleteFor CM11(cooper) Maradon don't make 3.0 kernel, he rebuild 2.6.35.7+ kernel and rewrite some things for boot CM11
DeleteBIEL MUY BN TRABAJO EN CM, TODOS TE LO AGRADECEMOS .
